Firstleaf has a great congierege program! It is such a nice touch to have people who will note preferred regions and palate preferences, to customize your orders. Rachel was very timely with her appointment to discuss a couple of first box wines I did not enjoy. She quickly remedied this by helping find bottles that would fit my personal taste. This included a quick follow up email to review my next order before it was shipped.
