Rachel is very knowledgeable and assisted me in putting together a customized order that I look forward to receiving. It is always a pleasure to work with her. This time I feel she went the extra mile, essentially creating an order of 14 wines from scratch with me on the phone.

Thanks to Rachel for sticking with me this morning and having some great information about my order, about wine in general and sending me a revised order for my approval. She's done a great job since becoming my concierge and i appreciate her suggestions and help in every way.
